Chris Anderson

Director

 

Chris has been involved in the vertical transportation industry since 1997, when he commenced as a service technician in a large multinational lift company.

Chris then went on to hold the positions of Service Account Representative and Modernisation Sales Engineer.

In 2004, he joined IntegraLift.

Gavin Palmer

Director

 

Gavin started his career in the industry as an apprentice electrical fitter in 1992.

He went on to supervise new installation/modernisation projects as a Leading Hand and has held roles as a National Training Officer (Apprentices), Service Account Representative and a NSW management position.

Gavin joined IntegraLift in January 2007.

Adrian Martinelli

Senior Associate (VIC)

 

Adrian commenced his career in the industry in 1990, where he initially specialised in completing large new installation and modernisation projects.

He undertook a second apprenticeship as an electrical fitter and then has also held positions as a Sales Engineer/Manager, Service Account Manager and Operations Manager.

Adrian commenced with IntegraLift in November 2011.

Sean Cadogan

Senior Associate (NSW)

 

Sean started his career in the lift industry in 1989, where he commenced an apprenticeship as an electrical fitter.

He has held senior roles in both small and large lift companies and these have included technical support, sales,  business development and operational management.

In 2013, Sean commenced with IntegraLift.

Sean Tobias

Associate (VIC)

 

Sean began his career in 1986 when he started an apprenticeship as an electrical mechanic.

He gained a lot of industry knowledge from being involved with a smaller company and specialised in maintenance, new installation and modernisation projects.

He has extensive experience in the field of vertical transportation consultancy having commenced in 1999 and has worked with large firms. He joined IntegraLift in December 2016.

George Sklias

Associate (NSW)

 

George has been involved in the industry since 1990, where he started as an apprentice electrical fitter.

He has worked as a Leading Hand and Supervisor in the field and the majority of his career in the Sales and Management disciplines.

He joined IntegraLift in November 2017.

Warren Sheldon

General Manager - BMUs

 

Warren started his career as an apprentice plumber and pipe fitter in the UK back in 1997. He then commenced his career in the BMU industry in 2004 as a service maintenance technician before coming to Australia in 2011. Warren then continued with his career by expanding his knowledge and skill set in the industry.

Since joining the industry, he has been involved in all facets including installation, commissioning and servicing.

Warren has held State, Regional and National positions with major players in the BMU industry.

He joined IntegraLift in August 2024.

Tej Singh

Senior BMU Consultant

 

Tej completed a mechanical engineering internship in the field of energy, heat transfer and fluid handling technology in 2014.

After the internship, Tej joined a company specialising in BMUs, where he worked as a Design and Project Engineer. He subsequently commenced with another company in a similar field in 2017.

Tej joined IntegraLift in February 2022.

Matthew Campbell

BMU Consultant

 

Has been in the Building Maintenance Unit (BMU) and crane industry since 1989.

During his career he has worked as a Service Technician and Supervisor in a large multinational BMU company.

Matthew commenced with IntegraLift in November 2017.

Mark Bollard

Consultant (ACT)

 

Mark commenced his career as an apprentice Electrical Fitter / Mechanic in 1989 with BHP.

Having completed 14 years with BHP, Mark moved into the power generation industry in thermal and hydro power stations.

Mark joined a major lift company locally in Canberra where he held various roles including supervisory and sales engineer positions and finally as a Regional Service Manager for Sales and Operations. Mark's tenure extended to 15 years.

Mark commenced with IntegraLift in June 2023.

Grant Caldwell

Senior Consultant (QLD)

 

Grant has been involved in the vertical transportation industry since 2007, when he commenced in a service-related role for a large multi-national lift company.

He has been responsible for major vertical transportation upgrade projects throughout NSW and QLD with large lift companies and also has previous experience as a lift consultant in QLD together with holding the position of General Manager for a smaller independent lift company.

Grant commenced with IntegraLift in July 2024.

Shaun Cox

Senior Consultant (QLD)

 

Shaun commenced his career as an apprentice Electrical Fitter / Mechanic in 1978.

He has worked in all facets of vertical transportation for both small and large companies in a career spanning more than 40 years.

Shaun commenced with IntegraLift in October 2021.

Luke Daniel

Auditor

 

Luke started his career in the industry as an apprentice Electrical Fitter / Mechanic in 2016.

He has gained exposure to all facets of the vertical transportation industry during his time with one of the major lift companies.

Luke joined IntegraLift in March 2021.
